According to known history and official literature the word Scientology appeared the very first time in the year 1871. It was Stephen Pearl Andres who wrote about "Scientology" for the very first time in his new philosophical language Universology ALWATO.
The next time is in 1901 the word by Anonymous, later known as Allen Upward, he cleared the definition by usage as there is science and there is scientology.
